Sleeps 2 in shared king bed 

or 3 with addition of pop-up twin trundle bed.

· Exterior sliding door with covered/shaded patio area and patio seating for two.

· Central heat and A/C shared between the lower-level rooms

· Electric heater during winter months

· Keurig coffee maker with assortment of teas and coffee provided

· Upon request, the twin trundle will be set up for an additional person.

1 queen day bed with trundle twin bed

(Twin trundle is now raised 9" above the floor)

· Located on the main level next to the main cropping area and the kitchen

· Accessible through the main house or through the room’s private entrance off of the wrap around porch

· TV with access to Disney+, Netflix, AppleTV, Prime Video

· Private tub/shower bathroom with sink outside of the bathroom

· Access to wrap around porch with plenty of outdoor seating

· The waterfall of the spool is directly outside the bay window for soothing flowing water sounds throughout the day and late evening.  (The waterfall is on a timer and will turn on by 9AM and off by 9PM)

Sleeps 3

2 twin beds and 1 full-size pull-out sofa bed

· Located on the lower level (down a flight of stairs) from the main cropping area.

· Semi-private room with the sleeping area divided from the hallway and staircase by wooden partitions and curtains.

· Nightstand with attached electrical outlet and USB ports between the twin beds.

· USB port on light next to sofa bed.

· Shared bathroom with stand-up shower.

· Central heat and A/C shared between the lower-level rooms
