Cancellation and Refund Policy

Gold Country Cropping has the right to cancel an event at any time for any emergency or natural disaster and a full refund will be issued. *If within 3 days prior to the event start and weather causes conditions where roads cannot be travelled, a full refund will be issued.  To start the request for a refund, please email gcc@goldcountrycropping.com.  

Crop Fee:

• Full refunds for the crop fee will be issued up to one week (7 days) prior to the event. 
• Cancellation with less than 7 days prior to the event (not for weather related issues*), will result in a refund of only $20. 
• If for any reason a cropper must leave the retreat earlier than the agreed upon days, no refund will be issued for the crop fee.
• The purchaser has the option to transfer the refund to another Gold Country Cropping Retreat, if space is available.  
• Guests are more than welcome to bring their own snacks, drinks, or meals if unable to eat the food provided.  No price adjustment will be issued for meals not eaten.  A build-your-own mixed green salad will always be offered at lunch and dinner as an alternative to the meal offered.  Whole fruit, Greek yogurt, oatmeal packets, hard-boiled eggs, and a selection of cereal will be available as an alternative to the meal offered at breakfast.

On-site Overnight Accommodations:

• Full refund of the on-site overnight accommodations will be given for cancellation of full rooms only, since room rental is based on per room, NOT per person. 
• Full refunds for room cancellation will be issued up to the event start. 
• If for any reason a guest vacates their room earlier than the agreed upon days, a refund for the remaining amount of the per night room rental will ONLY be given if ALL occupants of that room have vacated as well. 
• If a guest in a room cancels, no portion of that room rental will be issued as a refund.  All guests must vacate the room to receive a refund.  
• All guests in the room must agree to a roll-over for the room refund to be applied to a different retreat, if space is available.
